Success Bridge Consult Limited was established in 2020 by Mr. Joseph Ampong, who has over 15 years of working experience in building businesses in the areas of education, finance, manufacturing, and agribusiness. Mr. Ampong has also trained young graduates in the various sectors of the economy. Success Bridge is a firm that provides a comprehensive on-the-job training program for young graduates in Accounting and Finance. The company also offers accounting services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the areas of Business advisory services, Accounting and bookkeeping services, and Sourcing of funds for SMEs. 

The company was established through the efforts of its owner, Joseph Ampong, who has experience leading small and medium businesses into prolonged periods of growth and innovation.

Success Bridge aims to offer a comprehensive range of services designed to address the crucial needs of small businesses in Ghana.

The firms also have a long-term vision to transform accounting education and empower students to excel in their careers. All accounting training institutions offer classroom or theoretical training, which is similar to what students learn in school. Through Success Bridge Consult, each student will gain practical experience by working at various companies during their practical studies. Students will handle the accounting and finance functions of different companies. They will work at the various companies that Success Bridge supports.

The company has achieved numerous successes this year, including one client who received a grant from the MasterCard Foundation and the Tullow AGRIC Venture program. Additionally, the company has trained most young graduates, who are performing very well in the job market.
