The conception of Success Bridge Consult arose when the founder recognized that most small businesses need accounting and bookkeeping functions for their growth after assisting four small businesses in developing their accounting systems. Additionally, the founder observed that most young graduates he employs excel after receiving comprehensive training and hands-on experience. The competence levels of these young graduates increased from 15% initially to 70% within four months, while their confidence levels also rose. We noted that the job market does not offer these young graduates opportunities to learn, as they lack sufficient resources to train inexperienced individuals. The competitive nature of business and high operational costs make it unappealing for companies to hire fresh graduates without work experience, especially when numerous experienced individuals are available for jobs. Based on this premise, Success Bridge Consult was established to bridge the gap between’ Skills Rather Than Just Degrees.”  Success Bridge Consult felt compelled to create a business that not only addresses these needs but also fosters economic growth in Ghana through providing services that promote financial literacy, business growth, and development.
